ULTRAX Aerospace, Inc. designs, manufactures, markets and services mission-critical support equipment for complex electrical systems in military, commercial and OEM vehicles used by the United States and our allies around the world.

Where we come from…

Incorporated in 1995 by brothers Brian and Chris Lincoln, ULTRAX Aerospace got its start by developing software that automates the testing of electronic systems for the US military. Then, in 1999, we created the Software Configurable All-Purpose Test System (SCATS™) – a computerized test platform that mimics aircraft flight conditions electronically, to determine proper operation of a wide variety of components. A few years later, the UxValidator™ was introduced. This versatile, lunchbox-sized piece of testing equipment hooks directly to components while they are still installed on the aircraft. With thousands of products in the field, ULTRAX continues to drive innovation forward with eyes intensely focused on the specific needs of their customers.

Who we are…

The ULTRAX Aerospace headquarters is located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. In this 24,000 square foot design and manufacturing center, more than 50 employees are engaged in developing and manufacturing cutting-edge, customer-focused diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. With sales offices located across the United States and global distribution partnerships, we are able to provide a level of customer service unequaled in our market space.

Why we do it…

Over the years, the ULTRAX Aerospace mission has been consistent: Provide ramp and bench diagnostic equipment that delivers value well beyond the investment to both commercial and military customers.  ULTRAX Aerospace has leveraged substantial intellectual capital gained over the years from working with valued customers and through intensive research and development efforts to deliver quality products to a demanding customer base. The first commercial product developed for that first US Navy customer has grown to a family of highly recognized test systems that help maintainers keep their aircraft mission-ready.

ULTRAX Aerospace serves two distinctly different classes of customer. The ULTRAX UxValidator™ family of products can be found on flight lines and in hangers around the world helping maintainers accurately and efficiently troubleshoot aircraft systems issues in a minimum of time. At depot or intermediate repair facilities, the ULTRAX SCATS™ (Software Configurable All-purpose Test System) provides a powerful breakthrough in aircraft component testing. By emulating aircraft and component characteristics, SCATS rapidly and accurately verifies proper operation of systems and system components in a cost effective and timely manner.

Locations and Directions

ULTRAX Aerospace has offices in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. At this facility, we perform the various stages of product development from conceptualization to manufacturing to final product shipment. The structure of our business is based on executing all design, manufacturing, testing, warehouse, and marketing and sales processes in-house. This vertical integration allows ULTRAX Aerospace to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency while quickly responding to the needs of our customers worldwide.
