Quality Objectives – Meeting or Exceeding Our Own Expectations

At ULTRAX Aerospace Inc., our goals are to relentlessly pursue perfection. To enable achievement of these goals, we set yearly objectives which are quantifiable and measurable. Our objectives require us to stretch to achieve them in our pursuit of our ultimate goal. To that end, our objectives for calendar year 2011 are:

  • Product Distribution – 93% On-Time Delivery based on lot delivery requirements
  • Quality – Less than 3% Escapes based on individual serial numbers
  • Superior Customer Service – 98% Customer Satisfaction based on individual customer contacts
