Each UxValidator solution is built around ULTRAX Aerospace’s proven UxValidator architecture. Maintenance personnel now have the capability to troubleshoot aircraft system problems without removing the system components from the aircraft. Even wire harnesses are tested while they are still installed. If components require testing after they are removed from the aircraft, UxValidator solutions perform just as well on the bench.

Versatile and Expandable

The UxValidator architecture features ULTRAX Aerospace’s UxPod technology for the ultimate in flexibility. Each application-specific test solution is referred to as a Pod Set which includes a BrainPak, an UxPod and where applicable, system interface harnesses. This flexibility allows for virtually endless possibilities of test set characteristics for systems now and far into the future.

Portable

UxValidator solutions can go anywhere you go. Because the UxValidator itself weighs less than 5 pounds and is small enough to hold in your hands, its portability is unmatched in the industry. UxPods are small enough to hold in one hand and, smaller still, each BrainPak is only about the size of a deck of cards. All the components of each UxValidator Pod Set stow comfortably inside rugged, portable transit cases.

Furthermore, every UxValidator solution is designed to meet MIL-PRF-28800 and MIL-STD-810 requirements.
